Office Hours
I try my best to keep the regular office hours of: Monday - Friday 9am-3pm US Central Time.

To keep myself and my family sane I have decided to take all weekends and holidays off from the computer. Thanks to everyone for your support of this!

If you ever have questions feel free to email me, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Payment
I accept payment from your Paypal account and credit or debit cards. You do not need an account to make a payment, just choose "pay as guest" on the PayPal page.

Please be sure to pay at the time of purchase. If you are having any problems paying please contact me asap. I will be more than happy to work with you.

All Minnesota residences will be charged a 7.375% sales tax at the time of payment.

Domestic Shipping - USA
After I receive your payment your purchase will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Most items are shipped via first-class mail with delivery confirmation. Custom orders will vary depending on current work load, but usually ship in 2-3 weeks. Custom orders ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance and/or faster shipping methods are available upon request.

International Shipping
Please note that in some countries you may be required to pay a customs fee to receive your package. Please know your countries postal rules. These fees are out of my control so I cannot be held responsible for them.

I will ship most items to anywhere in the world. Please contact me before buying for a price estimate if not stated in the listing.
International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail. These are uninsured packages which I cannot be held responsible for if lost. For your peace of mind you may like to add shipment tracking or insurance. Please send me a note of which add-on you would like and I will send you an adjusted invoice. International orders will be shipped within 1 week of full payment.

Refunds & Exchanges
I will accept returns on some items if I am contacted within 5 days of receiving. Returns are only accepted if items show no signs of use or damage.

Custom orders can be returned if approved for a restocking fee. Jenna Lou Designs has the right to refuse return of custom orders.

You will be refunded in the way that you paid or with in-store credit minus shipping, and are responsible for return shipping fees.

Jenna Lou Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging. Once I bring it to the post office it is out of my control. Extra Insurance is always available upon request.
