Branding. What is your branding looking like? That includes thinking about your primary colors. What is it you use on your logo and on your website?
Verbal Guide. Aside from a visual branding style or guide, you will also need a verbal guide. What are the words that you say about your business? How do you say it? Do you use use “Made in the USA” or with USA with small or big caps? This little tiny details are actually going to help you as you start to establish your communication and what it is you are doing with your branding.
Logo. When you look at your logo, it is important to figure out not just one logo. You are going to realize that your logo is not a one-size-fits-all thing. So make sure that you have logo of all sizes, long and shorter versions, and perhaps even a tiny logo.
Products. What products are you going to put out there. Not the physical product per se, but you want to think about postcards, lookbooks, your line list. Think of a way to show all of the different assets of your product. It will include a combination of your verbal style guide and how you choose to write about your brand as well as all those great visual queues
Advertising. How well are you presenting your adverts? No business launch without an advertising component. This includes instagram marketing – paid marketing, organic marketing, and a combination of paid and organic for other social channels like Facebook.
